All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our professional services, all sales are non-refundable. Once a service is rendered or access is provided, the purchase is considered complete.

No Return or Exchange
Professional services cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Service Not Rendered
  If the agreed-upon service was not provided as per the contract or agreement.

• Technical Issues
  If you encounter significant technical issues that prevent access to the service, please contact our support team at admin@jmdwellness.my. We will work diligently to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may consider alternative solutions.

• Unauthorized Charges

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle.
