This program combines sound therapy, mindfulness practices, and skill-building sessions to help teens unlock their full potential. By fostering self-confidence and resilience, they’ll develop healthy habits and positive behavior patterns that support long-term success, both academically and personally.
Core Modules
Day 1
1. Self-Discovery: Setting Intentions and Building Awareness
Teens will dive deep into understanding their true dreams and aspirations. This session guides them in setting meaningful goals and filtering out distractions, laying a foundation for personal growth.

2. The Science of Sound Healing

Day 2
1. Morning Mindfulness and Movement

2. Exploring Healthy Habits and Resilience
